This message is displayed when a player plays using an Internet connection whose IP address is located in Assam/Odisha/Telangana.

If you are playing from a location outside Assam/Odisha/Telangana but still getting this error message, please send us an email at [email protected] with an unedited, clear copy of the following documents, along with the acknowledgement below, for the verification of your KYC:
1. ID (PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID)
2. Address proof (Bank Statement/Aadhaar Card/ Telephone Bill/Passport/Voter IDC/Electricity Bill)

How to claim a bonus?

If you make your deposit using the correct bonus code and are eligible for a bonus, your bonus is automatically added to your Deposit Balance from your Bonus Balance at the rate of 10% of the amount you pay to your opponent when he/she wins a game against you.

How to upload KYC documents?

Please follow the steps below to upload your ID/Address proof to your Junglee Rummy account:

Step 3: If you are uploading your ID, enter your ID number, i.e. your PAN card, Aadhaar card or Passport number.
Step 4: Click on “Select File” and Upload an image/document not more than 3 MB in size in .jpg, .gif or .png format and click on “Save.”
Step 5: If you are uploading your Address proof, enter your address proof number, i.e. your Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Ration Card or Bank Account number.
Step 6: Click on “Select File” and Upload an image not more than 3 MB in size in .jpg, .gif or .png format and click on “Save.”

How can I update my account information?
